MICHEL MEUTE Dog Daycare in Hamburg City Center

Hi, we are Felix and Robert, your dog care team in Hamburg City Center

We met on the Michelwiese, two dog people who quickly realised they shared the same vision of what great dog care looks like.

Felix brings years of experience from dog walking and working with dogs in Hamburg on a daily basis.
Robert discovered his love for working with dogs through his own dog and is now embarking on a professional fresh start in dog walking.
With MICHEL MEUTE, we want to create a place where dogs can run wild, relax and simply be happy, right in the heart of Hamburg, yet far from the hustle and bustle of the city."

FAQ

"What is the difference between fixed and flexible subscriptions?"

We offer our dog care as a fixed or flexible subscription , available as half-day or full-day

Fixed Subscription:
You have fixed care days each week. This gives us and you reliable planning, your dogs a clear routine, and a stable group where they feel most at home.

Flex Subscription:
You also book a fixed number of days per week, but can decide each week which daysyour dog comes. Ideal for freelancers, the self-employed, or anyone whose daily routine isn't always the same."

We're happy to look together at which model suits your dog and your schedule best.

"From what time can I drop off my dog?"

Drop-off times depend on your booked care option.
As a rule, arrival takes place in the morning within the specified time window. For half-day care, afternoon starts are also possible depending on availability. We will agree on the exact times with you in advance.

"When can I pick up my dog?"

For Half-day care pick-up time is based on your booked start time after 6 hours your dog is done and waiting for you.

For Full-day Care you can pick up between 16:00 and 18:30

Just let us know when you're coming and we'll make sure your dog is ready for you.

"How large are your groups?"

We walk in small groups of up to ten dogs, so every dog can walk calmly and safely.

"Do you accept every dog?"

We get to know every dog personally first and then decide individually whether they are a good fit for our group.

"What does a typical day look like?"

The daily routine is clearly structured and centred around the wellbeing of the dogs.
After arrival, the dogs are looked after in their regular, carefully matched groups. Walks, rest periods and relaxed activities alternate throughout the day, ensuring both exercise and adequate recovery.

"How does the meet & greet work?"

We always start with a relaxed introduction at our place together with you. Afterwards your dog stays with us for about an hour on their own, so we can get to know each other in a calm setting

On a second appointment, your dog then joins us for a trial walk to see how they feel in the group and whether everything is a good fit.

"Do you also offer walks without daycare?"

Our focus is on regular care through our subscriptions, as consistent groups are most beneficial for the dogs.
If you're interested in other arrangements or walks only , feel free to reach out directly together we'll find out if and how we can support you.

"How can I register my dog?"

Simply get in touch via our contact form or directly InstagramWe'll get back to you quickly and arrange a meet & greet.

"Do you accept puppies?"

Yes, in principle we do, however, puppies can only join our longer walks from a certain age and stage of development.

We therefore always start with a meet & greet at our place to see together what your puppy is already ready for. If they are still too young for the longer walks, we will find an individual solution.

Together we decide when and how your puppy can gradually grow into the group, without any pressure and always at their own pace.

"How do I get to you?"
